  2. $75 to $125 Per-BL/Consignee (Referral commission, within 3-5 working days). After importer has paid and picked-up from warehouse/terminal. We do 100% of work by communicating with Importer.
  3. We will be in communication (email and phone) with consignee, 100% of the time, to file ISF and Entry (ISF@ISFCustomsBroker.com // www.ISFCustomsBroker.com). If you want us to CC all email, just let us know.

Note:

  1. Set your own profit margin by invoicing and communicating with your importer. We do all filing and we invoice you. Payment: Email your Company check BEFORE mailing original. IF it's over $1000, wire ONLY.
  2. To file ISF, email Consignee Photo-picture of Driver-License or Passport, ISF-info, Invoice, Packing-list, Bill-of-Lading, photo-of-importation, consignee-signed-POA and Etc. To file Entry, email Arrival-Notice and Etc.
  3. Importer-id must be PRE-register (5106) with Customs and one of the following IRS doc's: 147c, 1040, 2363, 941/V, SS-4, 1065, 8109/C, 7004, 355-ES, 1096 or 1120/S. Just a front page showing importer-id and Etc.
  4. IF Continuous-Bond (aka Subject-to-Bond//Late-Bond//Import-Bond) is REQUIRED, it can be approved within 2-5 days (after receiving email check / wire). It Eliminates most of Single-ISF-Bond and Single-Entry-Bond.
  5. IF cargo invoice is below $2,500, it could be filed as informal, meaning with-OUT a Single-ISF-Bond or Single-Entry-Bond or Continuous-Bond (aka Late-Bond//Import-Bond), UNLESS it's Subject-to Agency.
  6. IF type 3 (USED Household Goods moving/HHG) is over $2,500 and/or IF cargo is Subject-to agency, it must be file as Formal Entry, with Single-Entry-Bond or Continuous-Bond (aka Late-Bond//Import-Bond).
  7. IF any doc's/info's are missing/misleading, intentionally/unintentionally by you/consignee/supplier/Etc, you will be paying (2-8 filing) Re-filing-ISF//Entry/Bonding, Purging first filings, Local filing, Penalty/Etc.
  8. Fyi SUBJECT-to Agency; FDA, USDA, FWS, CPSC, Lacey-Act, ADD/CVD, ATF, BATF, TTB, DOT, EPA, Trademark, FCC, Fumigation, Late-ISF and Etc, Subject-to-Bond (aka Continuous-Bond) is REQUIREMENT.
  9. We file for you (forwarder) and We will be invoicing you one Flat-rate (info@ForwarderCustomsBroker.com) // www.ForwarderCustomsBroker.com). Nothing more.
